It was a beautiful night for our first Movie Night in the Park event. We had a great turnout with somewhere around 100 people enjoying Hotel Transylvania on the 16 foot screen.

Please remember your annual dues payment must be paid on or before March 1st of every year to avoid paying late fees. The amount is due regardless of if an invoice is received. The plan for 2014 is to email invoice links to each homeowner that the association has a valid email address on file for. If you do not receive an invoice copy by January 15th please email Nicole Voorhees at email@example.com or call (248) 953-7279 with any questions.
The annual dues amount is $400.00 and a check can be mailed to Woodlands of West Bloomfield HOA, PO Box 1030, Union Lake, MI 48387.
The Woodlands of West Bloomfield community was deeply affected by the sudden loss of the Mansour children over the summer. Attached is a form for the homeowners that want to donate in memory of the children. The Alexander and Gabrielle Mansour Memorial Fund of the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan will be a permanently endowed fund to support the West Bloomfield School District. Annual distributions from the Fund will support student enrichment programs or activities including art, dance or basketball, which were of particular interest to Alexander and Gabrielle. The Fund also includes a preference for such programs or activities that benefit students at Gretchko Elementary School, Scotch Elementary School, and Abbott Middle School, where the Mansour children attended or planned to attend school.
This fall the Board will have a pet waste station installed in the common area off of Bloomfield Oaks. The Board is asking all homeowners with animals to please be considerate and pick up after your pet. The pet waste station will have bags available in an effort to keep our common areas clean and enjoyable for all of our residents.
