Annual HOA meeting this Wednesday January 20, 2016 in Gretchko’s media center at 7 pm.  The purpose of this meeting is to review the 2015 financial statements

Our current snow plow vendor will be at the meeting to answer any questions or concerns directly with our homeowners.  This is his first year with this contract and he wants to ensure he addresses any issues or concerns.

Elections of Board members will also be held during this meeting as every position on the Board is only a one year term.  There will be several vacancies in which current board members will not be able to volunteer on the board in 2016.  We are looking for volunteers to fill these positions so that we can manage the HOA ourselves and not have to outsource to a management company.



2016 Annual Dues Payment $650.00 Due on or before March 1, 2016

All annual dues invoices have distributed via email as well as a link to PayPal for your convenience.  Checks can still be mailed to Woodlands of West Bloomfield Home Owners Association, PO Box 1030, Union Lake, MI  48387.

If you did not receive an invoice copy and a separate PayPal link please email directly so that a copy can be emailed to you.

Payment must be made on or before March 1, 2016.  Any payments made after this date will be subject to a late fee of $75.00 and then after April 1, 2016 trash service will be suspended as well.  If payment still is not made by September 1, 2016 the late fee will increase to $150.00.

If you need a payment plan please email with the reason you are requesting an extension.

2015 FINANCIAL RESULTS will be discussed and then subsequently posted to the website.


We will be holding an election of Officers. We welcome everyone to participate in this important election.  All positions are voted on annually.  This year we have many open positions where officers and members from previous years will not be available so it is important to have anyone interested at our meeting so we can properly elect these positions.

2015 Board members listed below have indicated that they are not available in 2016:

  • President
  • Social Committee Chair
  • Welcoming Committee Chair
  • Beautification Committee Chair
  • Member-At-Large Snow Plow Contract (also work with Beautification Chair as needed)
  • Member-At-Large Lawn Contract  (also work with Beautification Chair as needed)

Other positions available for re-election:

  • Treasurer – Current Board member will not be available in 2017.  Looking for someone to transition this role to in 2016.
  • Secretary
  • Member-At-Large Website
  • Roads Committee Chair
  • Buildings & Codes Committee Chair

Without volunteers to help manage this subdivision we may have too look at a management company to support our HOA needs.  Please consider volunteering for a Board position so that we can avoid having to use a management company in the future.
